1. General

What is LoungeForFans?

• • LoungeForFans is a subscription-based platform that allows creators to share exclusive content with their fans. Fans can support creators through monthly subscriptions, tips, and paid private content.
  • Who can use LoungeForFans?
  • Anyone who is at least 18 years old and has a valid government-issued ID can join the platform as a fan or content creator.

2. Accounts & Security

Is it free to create an account?

• • Yes. Creating an account is 100% free for both fans and creators. Fans only pay when they choose to subscribe to a creator.
  • Can I have multiple accounts?
  • No. Each user is allowed one account. Multiple accounts may lead to account suspension.
  • How do I reset my password?
  • Go to the login page and click on "Forgot password?" You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
  • How do I delete my account?
  • You can delete your account from your profile settings. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

3. For Creators

How do I become a creator?

• • After registering, go to "Become a Creator" in your account settings. You'll be asked to verify your identity and submit your payment and tax details.
  • What is the platform fee?
  • LoungeForFans takes a 15% commission, meaning you keep 85% of your earnings.
  • What payout methods are available?
  • We currently offer payouts via SEPA bank transfer and Revolut Business. The minimum withdrawal amount is €100, and payouts are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • When will I receive my funds?
  • Once your balance reaches the payout threshold, you can request a withdrawal. Payments are processed in 1–3 business days depending on the selected method.

4. For Fans

How do subscriptions work?

• • Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew unless canceled. You gain access to all exclusive content from a creator once subscribed.
  • Can I send tips or request custom content?
  • Yes! You can send tips at any time or request personalized content via private message (if the creator has this feature enabled).
  • What payment methods are accepted?
  • We currently accept credit/debit cards (Visa/MasterCard). Support for PayPal and cryptocurrency is coming soon, depending on your region.

5. Content & Guidelines

What kind of content is allowed?

• • LoungeForFans allows adult, artistic, and educational content, as long as it complies with our Terms of Service. All creators must follow applicable laws, especially regarding consent and copyright.
  • Is the content protected?
  • Yes. All content is protected under copyright law. Downloading, redistributing, or screen recording content is strictly prohibited without the creator's permission.
